3 Months, Baby!

Alli is 3 months today! She's starting to get a little sassy in her old age, but we can't complain. We love her so much and feel so blessed to have her in our family!

Happy Anniversary to Us!

It's me and Jeff's 2nd anniversary today! Jeff thinks it's gone by fast, but it seems like a lot longer than two years to me. Since Jeff has class Tuesday nights, we went to dinner last night up to Sundance. The food was incredible! And to top it off, we knew the waiter and he only charged us $30 for a $100 meal! Grandma Dee and Grandpa Todd were nice enough to watch her for us while we went.

I love you, Jeff. I condsider myself the luckiest girl in the world! Thanks for marrying me!

Only Hair a Mother Could Love?

So my mom has been pressuring me to cut Alli's hair. Her hair is crazy, I will admit. It is only long at the top. But I think cutting it will only make it look worse. She'd look like she has a bull cut. I think we should just embrace her long locks and maybe get a curler for it. What do you think?

It breaks my heart to post these cause she looks so old. Jeff and I always talk about how we love the age she's been at, and this just tells me that she's growing up. She'll be rolling over and crawling before we know it!

"The Blessing"

We had Alli's baby blessing this last Sunday. It was great to have our family & friends there. Jeff did a great job and she didn't make a peep. Afterwards, Rhonda hosted a lunch. Let's just say a goodtime was had by all.

Simply Amazing...

I am amazed everyday by this little person. I know we brag about her all the time, but she is seriously the best. The past few nights she has been sleeping for 9-10 hours (knock on wood.) Not to mention her numerous naps during the day. And I believe it's all due to her new binky. Jeff and I put her to bed the other night, and when we went to check on her she was sucking her thumb. Heavenly Father either wants us to have a small army of children or he knows we can't handle the tough ones.

Today I layed her on the floor to change her diaper and her clothes, and when I came back here's what I saw...

THREE BAD HABBITS..... 1. I stay in my PJs a little too long sometimes. 2. I bite my lips 3. Not cleaning as often as I should. (I know, I am a disgrace to Deanna) 4. Not answering my phone, but I am good at calling back! 5. Sleeping in. Luckily, I have a daughter who enjoys sleep as much as I do.

FIVE THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME........ 1. I HATE cold water. I prefer it luke. 2. I hate my hair 3. I love taking baths. Unfortunately, our apartment doesn't have a tub, so it's a real treat. When we did have one though I think I may have single-handedly put Utah in a drought; I would bath 2x a day. 4. We live above a old woodshop. Classy huh? 5. I hate the snow! I'm sick of being cold and I'm sick of driving in it!

FIVE JOBS THAT I HAVE HAD..... I have worked at Ashman Candles exculsively for the last ten years or so ;), but I was working at South Towne Surgery Center assisting in procedures. Now Alli has enlisted me full time as her care taker. And in Jeff's words, "I am responsible for his meals."
