re-grouping

Jeff, "Wow, you got a lot of comments on your breakdown."

Chelsey,"Really? Did it sound like a breakdown?"

Jeff,"Kinda. Well, at least everyone thought it was."

Chelsey,"Hmmmm."

We had a great family Friday night. Finally got to use our Chili's Christmas gift card courteously of Jenn, thanks again. Then we hit up a 1st grade hot spot of mine, the Bean Museum.
I was so excited to go there on my first field trip in 1st grade. I was even more excited that I had just got a new pink 35mm camera for my birthday just before the big trip. Armed with 3 rolls of film, I proceeded to take pictures of each exhibit at the museum. I came home with 3 rolls for my mom to develop. Luckily, she got double prints because you never know when you're going to need two 4x6's of an African Bison's head.
Alli had a blast though. She would go to every animal and ask, "What's that?" Ducks were her favorite.

Well, a light of the end of the tunnel, my funds are very low for my loans and I think I'll be done working in a month or so. I'll have the summer off until we get more money again. I'll use that time to evaluate if I really want to do it again. But I'm excited to spend the summer soaking up the sun with my two ladies! A-oh!

I've got the best grandparents! They have been SO good to us and are always worried about our well-being. I don't know what we would have done without them.

J-Man's car broke down again. And for some reason, it hasn't hit me that we potentially could be a one car family. For a little while at least.

Alli,"You going to church, daddy?"
Jeff,"No, just work."
Alli,"Oh. You go to work to get money for Disneyland?"
Jeff,"Yep."

I'm going to buy new jeans tomorrow. One of my favorite pairs is too big now. I choose to think I'm losing weight with mind control because I haven't stepped into the gym in weeks. However, there's a possibility they could have just stretched out and I bought them slightly big in the first place. Either way they look ridiculous on me.

I appreciate all of the nice comments people left. I realize that I am truly blessed to have such great friends and family. And even though I constantly complain, I'm lucky to even have a job, especially one that I can do from home on my own time. You can call off the suicide watch.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed

Judging by the measly two comments from my last post, nobody reads my blog, which I'm fine with. I guess. What did I expect really?

It's 1:00am and I'm working. Nuff said.

Alli threw up again. I hate throw up more than anything. I have a very sensitive sense of smell. Which was great for my rapid rise in a candle company, but not so good with taking care of children. (poop & throw up)

Going along with the above, I feel like my 2 year old has a undiagnosed digestive problem. She does not eat anything. I try and try giving her everything, but she just says No thank you. I thought she was lactose intolerant and stop giving her that and it seemed to help. But not so much any more.

Don't judge me, but I don't understand the whole healthcare bill. I don't like Obama, so I'm sure I don't like what's going on. When people talk about it, I usually just nod my head like I'm understanding. Don't try to explain it to me in a comment. I'll figure it out soon.

I have been stringing Alli along telling her we'll go to Disneyland, but really, I don't know if we'll ever get there. I'm busy with work and Jeff just started so I don't know when we could go. It breaks my heart every time she talks about it though. She'll say she wants to give Minnie a dollar or go eat with Donald. I know she would absolutely love it.

Macie is starting to army crawl. Hence she's starting to slim down. She's still quite meaty though.

I currently have 6 craft/sewing projects I want to do. But being that I am up this late complaining about working this late, I don't have time to do them.

I feel like I am failing at something. I'm not sure exactly which one is eating at me, but I have a list of short comings and one is really weighing me down.

Well, tomorrow I can look forward a full day of phone calls, emails and more phone calls. And not of the good kind. I look forward to May 1st when the first time home buyer tax credit expires and people aren't all up on me to get their loan done before that. Sometimes I don't think I am cut out for the workforce, or dealing with people for that matter.

I think we need a vacation. It would remedy the majority of my problems I think, possibly creating a few new ones but I am willing to take that risk.

Princess Party

Last week, Jeff's sweet cousin, Jasmine, who's currently a student at Paul Mitchell, invited Alli and Belle to their fundraiser "Princess Party." They got their nails painted, make-up, hair done, and made some crafts. They had a such a good time! Thanks Jazzy!

Macie just along for the ride

And they finished the party with a celebatory sugar cookie

Everyone needs an Alli

I was having one of those days were I could not get anything accomplished. I would start 5 projects and get side tracked and start something else. Needless, to say it was 3:00pm and I'm still not ready and my kids look homeless and the house is a mess.
I finally focus and gather all the whites and proceed to load them into the washer. Alli never letting me out of her sight,w as helping me. I got them all in, soap in and closed the lid. Alli jumps and cheers, "Hooray! You did it!" Being the cutest thing I had heard that day I leaned down to give her a kiss. I gave her a little kiss for helping me and she said, "I so proud of you." She obviously knew it was a big accomplishment was for me that day.
