Now, we really don't celebrate her birthday every month. She was 12lbs at 4 months; She doesn't seem like she has gained very much weight is last month. She still fits into a few 0-3 clothes. We're going to start bumping up her rice cereal intake to see if it helps. She's still the best. She's been really smiley this last little bit. We love having her around. Jeff and I always talk about how we feel bad for the rest of the unborn Vanchiere children cause Alli has been so good, she'll probably be our favorite. Let's be honest, parents have favorites.
This isn't the best picture of her, but it's the only on I have on my computer from this month. My dad has them all on his camera. I thought it was funny how she had her arm all propped up behind her head. This is a rare sleeping picture where her thumb is not in her mouth. I always want to wake her up when she's asleep because I love to watch her stretch. She usually lets out a few toots with each stretch.
Alli's new 'tricks' she learned this month:
* Rolling over from her back to her stomach. We thought it was cute at first, but after having to flip her over numerous times in the night... not so much. She's been demoted out of her crib back to the bassinet til she can roll herself back over. So, she's back in our room. It was probably her plan all along.
*Spitting. She's been really congested this last week with some nasty nasal drainage. And whenever I start sucking her boogers out, she starts spitting at me. I've realize she does this when she is mad or frustrated.
*She's become very ticklish. I torture her daily to get her to laugh. It's the best.
